C1100 Fiery IC308H Version 2.1

Good morning everyone. First time I need to format an IC-308H Version 2.1 from Bizhub to C1100 and I have the sad surprise. I only received System Software and User Software.
It seems to me that these are cd's 1 and 4. During the installation, the system requires cd System 2, but I didn't receive them.


Any tips? Some help?
I'm really lost and screwed.

From my basic knowledge, the C308H does not work on the C1100 you must use the C308. You will just get a product not found error. E

Thanks Emujo for helping.The equipment has been operating with IC308H for a few months. After being updated, around 10 days it started to have problems initializing and processing files.


With this parent company, we only receive 1/4 and 4/4 dvd's

The 308h is not available in the us market.
