    Bizhub C284 can't bring up service mode to enter CE password

    Hello,

    Bizhub C284 I can't bring up service mode.

    Also all scan destination on control panel are missing only the fax destination are there. When log on with web browser they are still there but don't show up on control panel

    Also Admin setting is missing when touch utility. all that shows is supplies.

      Hold down panel reset while booting.
      You can enter service mode from the trouble reset menu

      Sounds like the hdd was disabled maybe?
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          That did the trick.

          I don't know what happened but a lot of settings had been changed somehow.
