364e wont boot up, no scan lamp turn on or operation panel

Have a 308e where I power it on, but only get movement from scanner lamp, and other noises, but lamp doesn't turn on and the operation panel does not power up.
Do I have a brick? Only has 50k.

What have you done so far? Update firmware? You could try reset firmware as last resort.

I can't put firmware because the screen does not turn on.
