    Bizhub C250i black screen

    We have a Bizhub c250i with a problem. After turn on the machine for a few second display shine and after that going black, seems the machine working, because we hear how all is turning, but display is not shining.

      I've had this on two machines immediately after attempting to do the bootrom. In both cases, replacing the CPUB solved the issue.

          If the machine can be pinged and still receive print jobs then replace the touch screen/control panel.
