Konica Minolta C250i – automatic wake-up from sleep mode

Hello. I'm having a problem with my Konica Minolta C250i. It wakes up from sleep mode automatically, even after being turned off using the button on the left side of the display. For example, after 10 minutes, the screen turns off, and after 11 minutes, it turns on again, sometimes after 13 or 16 minutes. Or it goes into sleep mode after 15 minutes, and then turns on again after 17. I thought it was the MarketPlace store, but I deleted it. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? I have another identical machine, and the settings seem the same, but nothing happens there.

No it does not in all my cases. Change settings in standby area "wake up on display touch" to off, after you have to wake up with the button left on the display. I always tell the customers its like a tablet or phone. But after you don't have any problems more.

Exactly. Yesterday, someone suggested this to me, so I did it, and it works. But I started testing with the touch sensitivity adjustment. I set it to -2, and it's still silent, and it doesn't wake up. Today I'll try -1. I got information that the touch sensitivity might be too sensitive.
