Help Konica8150 registration problem

I have an 8150 that is not putting an image in the same place on a page. When fed from the stack by-pass

For example, if a document is printed where all the crop marks are at 1" -- they print at 1.25", .75", 1.125" etc. they are all over everywhere -- they are not staying consistent for even as low as 3 prints.

I cleaned & checked feed rollers.

The registration on this machine WAS GOOD 3 days ago, same paper, same file.

Any ideas where else I should look? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!

Weights on feed

I weighted the feed roller on the bypass and it helped, but the image to paper registration still is inconsistent, about 1/8" variance.

I also checked the "Centering" adjustment in the Service Mode. No real fix there.

Is there any other devices on this printer that makes the paper feed correctly?
