    C250i jam 32-05 sometimes

    Hello,

One C250i has exit jam on A4 crosswise simplex, paper already passed fusing unit and exit sensor, loop and exit sensor check on service mode are 0.
The machine performed unstable, sometimes it's ok especially lengthwise direction.
I checked switch guide, replaced exit assy, checked loop sensor, same result.
Any suggestion on this case? thank you.

I know you have replaced a few bits but for future reference:

    - Latest firmware?

    - any Paper curl?

    - check positioning of the exit solenoid (SD3)

    - Exit sensor delay or failure - try increasing the spring tension on the actuator (top right hand door)

    - right hand door alignment and inner duplex door alignment

    - Look for burs on the duplex guide (right hand door assembly)

    - Look for burs on the duplex/exit gate

    - Sometimes the registration sensor arm becomes worn or lazy.

    - mainly happened on the 8 series - the cL8 exit clutch rusts and needs replacing (quite common on high mileage machines)

I checked them, all seems normal.
Try place A4 paper to lengthwise for few days test, no jam occur.
Place crosswise A4 on drawer or bypass, jam random, checked jam history 3205 and 3206.
