    Bizhub C754e PRO ligh line on tick paper only

    Hello,
    I have bizhub C754e on 800K counter with Fiery controller. The printer issues a light line on Tick paper only. Checked with other fusing unit, transfer belt unit, transfer roller, but no solution. On halftone test pages no any light lines. Only on tick4. The line is on the paper's path.
    First 3 counts are ok. The line appears after 3-4 counts.

      Checked with another good brand thick paper?

          Can you describe this "Tick" paper as gsm? Is it set to the correct media type for that gsm?

          Try these images. What colors are affected?
