[Jamming] C250i/C251i Jam 12-01

Hello, I have a problem with c250/c251i with jams from the second cassette 12-01.

The problem occurred several times, on different machines with different mileages
On this C251i with 12k mileage, we replaced the rollers, clutches, and electric clutches (A7AHM20501), but it only helped temporarily.
Any suggestions?

Try holding the right door in and see if the added pressure pinches the vertical feed rollers together hard enough to prevent this issue. If so I put a metal shim on the center catch to increase the pressure when closed.

Thanks for the tip. I'm familiar with the 20-02 jam solution, but this problem is different. The paper won't eject from the feed. This would point to the clutches, but replacing them doesn't help.
