Konica c250i stuck at 25% then firmware screen

Good morning,
I have a Konica Minolta C250i that initially stops loading at 25%, then displays the screen shown in the attached photo even if I don't insert a USB stick.
Is there a definitive guide for resetting the CPU board, which I think is the problem?

You will need to replace the CPUB. If the machine has Bizhub Secure you will also need to partition the storage board.
