My Konica Minolta 284e isn't feeding toner into the developer.

My Konica Minolta 284e isn't feeding toner into the developer. It's not feeding from the toner hopper to the developer. I noticed that the toner agitation motor in the toner hopper isn't turning, and the sensor isn't moving either. The machine currently has a new developer, a new transfer belt, a new drum, and new toner for six months. I've printed maybe 6,000 pages with this set. I have almost all the toner left, and it's showing 2% remaining, and suddenly the toner level started dropping rapidly. The machine currently has 173,000 pages. I've cleaned the entire toner hopper, and it's still the same. I don't know what to do next. I have a C250i, and if there's anything I can swap out to test, please help. All parts are original.

Does it show an error code???
If you are certain that the motor is not working, you will need to replace it.
      Good luck.

Check out white bushings. Mentioned many times here.

Check out wheather toner hopper motor rotating, or if it is trying to rotate itself but not, it could be a toner block in toner hopper bushings.
if its okay check, states confirmation --> level history 1 --> which unit level decreased. If there any decreased one try to replace developer chip, better to replace developer unit.

you can also try to swap developer chips . For testing purpose only, dont know it would be helpfull.

Naprawiłem to. Czytałem już o białych rękawach na forach i wykonałem wszystkie kroki przed napisaniem tego. Nie wykazało żadnych błędów. Okazało się, że silnik zasobnika tonera był uszkodzony. I replaced it with a new one, and now it spins.

I fixed it. I'd already read about the white bushings on forums and followed all the steps before writing this. Cleaning didn't help. It turned out the toner hopper motor was faulty. I replaced it with a new one, and now it spins. In English now
