Thanks for getting involved. If you read my wall of text, you would see that I had replaced the CPU-B and performed the necessary FW Updates after replacements.
I have a C250i in the field that is failing to boot past 50%.
Boot diagnostics FW JIG reported dead SPI flash on CPU-B and we ordered up a replacement CPU-B.
Issue persists after replacement.
This post was asking about the BASE-B as it was the next part in the failure chain according to the boot diagnostics. Turns out it was the STRGB the whole time and the device is now operational with its original CPUB, BASEB and TPM.
