    Bizhub 951 with error C-0020

    Hi all,

    we get bizhub 951 with C-0020, we changed PRCB, but this dont help, any idea?

      Hi, next step is replacing the ADU drive board.

          Possibly the pantagram wiring harness on the back of the ADU is fatigued and losing connection.
