    Konica bizhub C368 freeze in boot

    Hi everyone,

    I’m having trouble with my Konica Minolta bizhub C368. When I turn it on, it gets stuck on the startup screen (see picture) and makes no sound at all (see video).

    Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
    • Trouble Reset (but I can’t even get that far)
    • Disconnecting the network cable
    • Powering off/unplugging and waiting before turning it back on
    • Disconnecting the hard drive

    Unfortunately, nothing has helped. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be the cause? I’d really appreciate any advice or help!

      Hi, in my opinion, it's the hard drive. When you disconnect it, do you disable it in service mode by pressing the reset button? This has happened to me before, but luckily I was able to access service mode that time.

              Try to update the firmware, if the u get NG for mfp controller, u will need to change the emmc (NVRAM).
