Ysoft Card Reader With Konica Minolta 367 No response

I have five card readers Ysoft KM MFX Reader. I installed them on five Konica Minolta 367 printers.
I've done all the printer settings, including enabling Authentication Device 2 and downloading Loadable Drive A7AH0Y0-A521-G00-01_Y-Soft.
I also upgraded the printer's firmware.
However, when I open the YSoft login page, I swipe the card. I hear a sound, but no response occurs. The page for activating or registering the card doesn't appear.

Is there a specific configuration or settings for the reader?
I've tried several times to resolve this issue over the past 10 days. I also contacted YSoft support, but I didn't find a final solution. They only recommended upgrading the printer's firmware, which I did, but the problem persists. I contacted them again, but they didn't respond.

You might need to reconfigure the card reader, change the usb mode To km mfp using ysoft tool
