konica 7030 fuser code

Does anyone know how to reset fuser error codes (the code is either f-34-1 or f-34-6 can't tell what the tech wrote) on a konica 7030. My FTP site crashed where all my SM's are so I'm in a bind cause I don't have a hard copy for this machine. I belive the code is from a bad thermistat which we replced but the code won't reset.

hi hold 25 at the same time then power then go to service mode look for dipswicth 3-2-1 then press off in touch screen see if the swicth 3-2-0.and its ok
