    [Error Code] Konica Minolta bizhub C368 C-9401

    Hi dear Everybody !

    I hope all are fine.
    Hopefully, somebody can you help me.
    My C368 has a C-9401 code. I prit out the management list. The machine had earlier sometimes this code and C-9402 too. But since friday the code 9401 is permanently.
    I changed the LED Exposure Unit with Flatban Cable, Scanner Drive Board, CCD Unit with cable without succex. I tried to upgrade the firmware, nothing.
    Does have anybody idea?

      Does LED unit light at all?

          have you carried out a trouble reset after replacing any parts
          Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...

              Yes, it is.
              It is moving in the right home position and in the shading position and light.

                  Yes I did. With front cover and with trouble reset too.

                      Hi everybody!

                      I solve it!!
                      DC Power Supply has a direct cable contact for the scanner drive PWG, especially a 12V for the CCD Unit. This pin had a contact trouble on the DC Power PWB. Horrible. I have it repaired and all right after that.
