Fiery work station not sending jobs

My Fiery work station won't send jobs if I set the paper weight to 351-400gsm, even when there's the right paper in the tray, It just tells me to load the correct paper. My Minolta never gives any indication the a job was sent. If I set the weight to 300-350, or some other size/weight I have in a tray, it will send and print just fine. If I set a weight that's not in the printer it will send the job and both Fiery and the printer tell me to add the right paper and I can also force it to use paper that is available.

I'm running Fiery WorkStation 6.3.0.25 on IC313H V1.2SP1 with FS200 pro and a Konica Minolta C6100.

If the job in in the queue and faild it's probably pink.
If you double click it what is the error that prevented it from printing?

It isn't failing, it gets stuck waiting to print. It says to load the correct paper in any valid tray even though it already is.

Only fiery says this. The printer just says ready to print

Try just importing the job and print it from the fiery.
Go through every tab for the preferences and see if there is something not right.

That's how I've been trying to print it. I just went through the settings again and didn't see anything obviously wrong. If I set the weight of the job to 300-350gsm it does get to printer and both fiery and the Minolta tell me to load the correct paper (unless it's already loaded, then it just prints.)

So the paper weight is set to what exactly? Thick 4? Thick 5? Special paper?
Also make sure the media type is the same in the driver.
Please post the pic of the copier screen when it asks to load the correct paper, sometimes it will show what is expected and a paper discord occurs.

This is a C6100 trays are setup as GSM and media type, not the office thick 1-4. Have you did a options update within the driver..When you program the tray for 350-400gsm does the driver reflect the changes? E

Make sure under the super tray settings thst the tray you are printing to is on the auto select trays highlighted. Also make sure the paper weight / type is in the allowed auto select under the paper types.
