I filled in the blanks as other Konica Machine but I got error.

There is important point here about "Please check to the host name is missing. If I checked this choice then I could scan to email.

if TLS then try port 587 otherwise use SSL on 465

You must check this if you are going to enter anything but an IP address..This has been standard practice for 25 years..Ed

Bit the box is missing from the page for him to check off.
I'd try latest firmware and see if the box appears otherwise ping the smtp and use the IP address instead.
