    C451 wont scan...

    Will copy from ADF and GLASS, printed test pages fine.

    Formatted hard drive no change.

    nothing in MKM.

      What is the exact issue you have with scanning? SMB or email ?

              yeah, scan to FTP is a little different..The MFP will try to make a connection to the FTP server before it scans, unlike SMB and EMail where it scans then returns failure message..Something is wrong with you FTP path/credentials/security..and since this is a C451 (15 years old) I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's the machine..ed
