    Konica Minolta C258

    Hi Everybody,

    First of all, i'm from France, i apologize if i don't always use the right terms, i'll try to do my best. I need your help with my C258 Konica Minolta. Indeed, since yesterday, every time i scan a document, i have this error message that say : "The task couldn't be finished, please check the tasks records."

    Could you please help me with this ?

    No attachments to view. Did you checked job history for error description/number?

      My 1st question would be - are you using Gmail to scan - we've had so many calls in the last few days - if so, you need to set an app password. If you search on copytechnet, there's plenty of info about it
      Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...
