Messy, distorted print top of page c454e

Hi there guys hope all is well.
I'm getting this messy print. Not sure whatnis causing it. The tech cleaned the lasers a while back. I don't want to believe is the belt. We bought a new unit like 2 months ago.
    A new blade too.
    Here it is.
Sweet how faded it looks and then messy. Only seeing it mainly on 12 x 18 page and lesser extent 11x17

    Thanks

Check the fuser rollers for wear\damage

Yep will check and see. Funny thing is this same fuser have two knocks on the sleeve since we got it so they show uo ever so often on prints. If you look at the image you'll see a white spot on the 2nd row of rhe business cards.

Another thing we've realised is that the we get fuzzy text prints. And we do run the image stabilization but that doesn't seem to do the trick.

When you say they cleaned the lasers, do you mean just the window glass, or did they disassemble the laser unit and clean the polygon mirror inside? The 4e-series are famous for building up a layer of dust on the lead corner of each mirror surface and causing that exact issue where the top edge of all output is faded like that.

See here if the mirrors were not cleaned: C224e Print Quality Issues (Problem & Solution)
