    I'd replace the ram chip first.
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

      We had many of these machines with this problem. Ultimately ended up having to replace the MFPB, which comes with the SSD. Printer_Error_Locking Up at Startup _ Stuck on hourglass (Technician).pdf7829.pdf

            Yup, it's a nice suggestion, i will try to discuss with customer.
            On the other hand, i found one used MFPB, can I replace it with SSD that installed on defective board, no need to perform dip switch setting? ( counter data transfer )
