We had many of these machines with this problem. Ultimately ended up having to replace the MFPB, which comes with the SSD. Printer_Error_Locking Up at Startup _ Stuck on hourglass (Technician).pdf7829.pdf

if your about to spend the money on main board on such a old printer id just quote on replacing it with a C3350i

Lets be honest C35 were bad and this is good reason to justify upgrade

Yup, it's a nice suggestion, i will try to discuss with customer.
On the other hand, i found one used MFPB, can I replace it with SSD that installed on defective board, no need to perform dip switch setting? ( counter data transfer )
