    Konica C3110 FK-512 installation issue

    Installed the FK-512 fax kit, done it many times before and they are usually plug and play and the fax options then appear automatically in both service mode and utility/admin mode.

    Not on this unit though. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

      According to the installation guide, that is all that is needed for it to show up in the system. I see there are 3 possible connections for the USB cable on the system board, so make sure it is connected to correct one and it should show up.
