How is everyone with intermittant codes? This machine is equipped with an RU-510 and OT-512. This error code is a communication error between the FS-532 and SD-510. The problem is, it is not equipped with either one! I have checked all of the connections in the OT-512, traced all of them back to the engine and they all look good. I re-flashed the finisher Firmware and then replaced the board it self and did Firmware. Still happens. It will run thousands of prints without any problems. Reboot the machine and it will run thousands more. I do not know where to go next as the manual is quite foggy on the description and it doesn't even address the OT unit. Can anyone offer any clues?

the OT512 does not show as a compatible unit, just the OT510.
i wonder if that was the issue?
