    C350 need help code p31

    Hi have this code come up when making copies,but not whilst printing..any ideas...

      PC home sensor (K) malfunction. Perform faulty sensor check. During stabilize mode, phase detect sensor should change values. Clean if needed. Could be transport drive assembly or PRCB.

          We have the same problem on a C450, only happens during B/W copying.
          So far we have replaced the sensors (PC11/PC36), K PC Drum drive assy, PWB-MC & PWB-MFP but have not solved the problem.
