FS 529 not drawing paper back in all the time

Gentlemen
Fortunately I only have one of these finishers in the field. I thought it may of been the exit rollers. So I roughed them up a bit. I see them spinning counterclockwise but the paper doesn't move sometimes. I've read one post talking about the ribbed belts also a mylar that needs to be removed. Those ribbed are not cheap and my understanding not easy to replace. I go back Monday to remove the mylars and hope for the best. Have I missed something?

While you have it apart, change the belts too.

I've replaced belts and exit rooler once; cost me almost half of finisher's price.
I think that removing myrals did the trick, clean belts and roller and see how it works.
It should work much better but somtimes missalignment might occur.

Even with new rollers and belts, myrals removed it wasn't work perfectly like FS-533.
Don't waste money.
