Can anybody tell me if polygon mirror motor of biz 420 is the same with biz 361?
Also the same for the whole laser unit.

Since the mirror motor was never sold as an individual part, I'm not sure about that as I've never tried.
As for the whole laser unit, all I can tell you about that is that they have different part numbers.
BH361 - A0R5R70000
BH420 - 50GAR71600A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...
