C227 prints rainbow

Hi!

My C227, instead of what was sent to print, gives out a "rainbow". An example of a sent document is in picture 001:

And the result is in picture 002:

Can you suggest what's wrong?

Very few details to go on here, but you definitely have an issue with cyan. It's hard to say because it looks like there are multiple issues here. I'd start by taking a look at the transfer belt and then the cyan image unit. It's a good possibility that something in the T-Belt is broken, like the roller mount in the transfer belt above the cyan drum.
