Konica minolta C350

I need help with a konica minolta C350. It is showing an error code C0960 does anybody knows what it means and how to fix it?

C0960 = Bypass lifting motion error.

Description:
C-0960 when printing from bypass tray.
Solution:

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. The actuator that is used for detecting the home position of the manual feed tray (bypass tray) stops at the wrong position due to incorrect adjustment of the clutch spring and ratchet.
Adjust the spring clutch and ratchet according to the procedure outlined in attached Bulletin Number 4593.

2. Manual feed tray Lift-up Sensor cannot locate home position because the lift cam is not in the correct position. It may have been accidently moved or packing material is interfering with movement.
Verify cam position after checking for free movement (no interference). Also, the PWB Assembly has been modified to allow for an extra detection attempt of the Lifting Plate. Replace the PWB Assembly if deemed necessary.

if machine was just pulled out MAKE SURE THAT THERE is nothing jamed inside bypass stoping it from going up. next i would say try disconnecting the motor and plugging it back in. if that dont work its probably the motor

a fish wearing a bra has better support than that machine.
i searched SSD for 10 minutes, no older bulletins seem to be hosted anymore.

Konica Minolta Magicolor 7450

I'm not repairing a C350,
I am repairing a Magicolor 7450,
with the following displayed:
SERVICE CALL0960
TRAY 1 SENSOR

Any thought on this repair would be very thoughtful.
Would it be the same as what has been discussed for the C350?
