[CQ] C7090 Color Registration moving around on page issue

Has anyone dealt with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The machine has 200K on it. We have checked the connections to the 2nd transfer unit and we have followed the KB article "Color registration issue occurs on thick paper" although its happening all all paper types." The magenta hangs out a little more than the other colors. Lastly the color registration values are on the high side to me but the machine always completes auto color registration.

i have tickets open on this since september. i have tried what you have along with the new style fuser ent guide and heavyweight 2nd transfer and grounding springs. i also received the 5 motors fix which are the same motors but supposed to be more precise? we have made adjustments to make it better but not completely gone away. this has been escalated to japan but no concrete fix yet for me
