Bizhub 454e Developer issue

Hello, have a 454e with 455k and have a developer issue. Copies very faint and I changed drum and developer and prints came back perfect. Now less than a week later issue is back.
Consumable life drum shows all whiye and developer shows three black squares.

Am I missing something? Will replace then transfer belt today with another drum and developer.

Looks like it's not adding toner and very under-toned. If you look at "state confirmation" in service mode the level should show really low. While in service mode try adding toner in the "Image Process Adj" tab. If that doesn't bring quality back then look at the toner hopper, motor, etc.

Absolutely agree with copyman, state confirmation is first thing I do when image quality is suffering.
Also check error history for C215X codes, lastly but important you almost always will get screwed by using used developer unit because of different TCR sensor readings.
