Double Print and typically zoomed in printing

    Double Print and typically zoomed in printing

    I am trying to figure out what unit or board thats doing this
    I have done the following:
    -changed transfer belt
    -changed laser board
    -changed voltage board

      -changed laser board
      so not the actual laser just the board it plugs into?

      Id be doing the entire laser

        I'll second the laser unit. Have had a couple go out with similar symptoms. You can try cleaning the ID sensors under the transfer belt, but I'm leaning very heavily towards faulty laser unit.
        A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
        My Ricoh knowledge is slowly dwindling away at this point. Many things have been lost to time...

          That is seriously out of wack. It could be heavy strain on the drive from one of the unit as well. Does all the drums and transfer belt turn freely.
          Like mentioned changing the laser unit and the IDS sensor assy could help.
