Hello @tsbservice the file I tried to reset was a789...
But the equipment did not read the initialization date, and the file is working normally and is not corrupted.

from what i understand, this is wrong file. I'll send you the A145FW.TAR file via pm and please try to do it. I have just confirmed that it works on a c368e.

I've just had an olivetti d-Color MF364+ which is the same as the km bizhub c368e done with the A145FW.tar. I also have had this documented that this works. Thats weird although it would make more sense given the 8 series is not documented on the official handout

that is what i have too. for c458 th A145FW.tar seems to work but the mono files dont seem to work on the 458 mono

In the Service Manual there is a procedure.


The function is called Operation Ban Release Time.
