thats the whole issue, the passwords to GET in service mode are unknown.

I understand the procedure mate!
I already did the procedure, but the BH458 equipment does not accept a reset tool.
That's why I'm looking for the reset code in the LMS.

If you aren't able to get a reset tool, the only other way that I know of to get access to service mode without the password is to put a ticket in with Konica Minolta. There is a recovery process that involves pulling up a recovery screen and sending a picture of it to their tech support. They then generate a code that you have to input to reset the password.

Colleague, I understood how this process works, but the thing is that this machine came from imports and was not purchased by the local KM, I think I won't be able to open a ticket at KM and that's why I posted it here on the Forum. But thanks a lot for the tip.

I'm not sure if anyone here will be able to generate that code for you, but for what it is worth, I have had to put in a ticket with KM on a machine that was not purchased directly from them for this same issue before and they still reset the password for me.

And it's true I'm going to have to make this ticket at KM via request and hope to receive this CE admin password reset code. I already imagined that it would be difficult to have someone do this here on copytechnet, but thank you very much for the tip JasonSBE.

A145FW.TAR does not work on that series? I recall that i've done it multiple times in the past although i can mix it up as we're mainly doing olivetti machines which have slightly shifted model numbers

Hello @tsbservice the file I tried to reset was a789...
But the equipment did not read the initialization date, and the file is working normally and is not corrupted.
