Hello everyone,
I am having this problem, C6000L has always worked fine, turned off in the evening and turned on again in the morning, boot starts.. Please wait... and then stuck on the konica Minolta screen, I try to enter the service menu by booting the machine with the Utility/Counter button pressed and I can't get in, also, I also tried accessing the ic-601 directly with its ip address but it would seem unreachable, I think these are two separate issues, can you give me any suggestions?

Problem

"PLEASE WAIT STARTING SYSTEM" message.

Solution
CAUSE: The new OACB has not been flashed with firmware or the existing OACB has become corrupt.

SOLUTION: Flash the new OACB with the latest firmware following the steps for the Boot USB ISW Method located in the FSM for the bizhub PRESS C600/C7000 on page J-10 section J 3.2 and the bizhub PRESS C8000 on page J-9 section J 3.2.
Notes:
1. Follow the attached PDF's for the flashing the firmware using the Boot USB Memory Method and Steps for renaming the .bin file to recover.bin.

basically the machine's firmware has blown, I don't understand how this could have happened but it will be 99% so
it seems to me that contributing in this group is really the least I can do
Now I have to find the firmware

I went ahead,
I prepared the usb stick as per the technical manual and started the machine with the usb inserted but nothing changes and it does not start from the usb
furthermore I noticed that even when booting in service mode (i.e. with the counter/utility button) pressed down it does not start inl service mode
do you have any suggestions for me?

for best results the USB stick should be a 4 gig, anything larger wont work.

I have used different memories but alas it does not work, reading the forum of similar problems to mine they trace it all back to nvram... what do you think?

the usb was fat32 format right? not NTFS?

Yes, I read in the manual that the system only supports fat and fat32 and I used the last one

Yes, in the root of usb I've created a folder with C7000 name, inside of this I've created a folder I and inside another folder IO and In this I've insert a firmware recovery.bin

thats not correct, you put all the firmware on a stick like normal procedures and rename 1 file from the I0 folder, you cant just create folders yourself.
unless i misunderstood your post i dont think you followed the document i attached about converting it.

I've tried everything, from unpacking the firmware and copying the c7000->I->IO content inside the usb root to creating the folders myself, nothing got the boot started.
What makes me think is that if the usb has a led and is powered it should light up even if only for a check while the USB led in the never lights up as if there is no power.
Another problem is that when I do the operation to activate service mode from the panel, holding down the utility/counter button does nothing.

Small but IMPORTANT update, turning off the machine and starting it without the controller it started correctly, reconnecting the controller it presented the problem nupvamente, I left the machine off for a few minutes, disconnected the controller and now after several tests it always started correctly, so I think the problem is in the IC-601 controller, I have to figure out how to enter remotely or via the usb port, here too I welcome suggestions
To test the hd and ssd, can they all be read from the pc?

i would just replace the controller HDD and load the system back on it.
or trash the 601 which was garbage from day 1 and get an IC-413 fiery and interface board.

i know i shouldnt assume but the copier has the hd-514 monstrosity attached?
