    [Electrical] Bizhub 227/287/C22/C287 Troubleshooting Guide

    Hello everyone.
    I'm trying to troubleshoot a Bizhub 227. I have the troubleshooting guide from Konica but on step 4 it says I may need to use the reset tar file "a789be.tar". I have this file and it works on a C458 (I used the exact same flash drive for both machines). Does anyone know if the contents of this file changes for the 7 series? Is this possibly a typo in the troubleshooting guide and I need a different file?
    Worked in IT for 12 years from Helpdesk up to System Administrator. Now working as the IT Manager at a copier company for the last 4 years.

          We are getting a C-2650 error. I double checked the connections, they seem to be fine. Figured I'd try running that tool before replacing the backup board. I don't have a spare on hand, would have to order one from Konica.
