    CF-3102 thick paper ???

Is there anyway to get the fill better on thick paper when "PRINTING" through the CN3102e Fiery controller? I would think there has to be something that can be changed or adjusted either in service mode or fiery controls. Customer is using top paper drawer with dial set on thick 3. They also select thick 3 through the print set-up before printing a job. Regular paper is fine.
    Any help appreciated. Thank you

Is the paper within the spec of the machine???? I've not had any issues with thick paper that is compatible with the machine. Anything outside of the specification is AYOR as far as feeding reliability, transferring and fusing properly.

Are your transfer belt and roller close to or over yield? You might try replacing the transfer roller first to see if it helps.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

Go to utility/admin/expert user/ thick paper density and bump up the density for all colors

Also set the top tray for thick3 for second side as this will turn up the second image transfer to max and will really help. Works great for busness cards. Because yellow is first on last off the belt, the greens and reds on heavy stock are poor without turning the second side on. Remember to set the driver to thick 3 for second side as well.

This also works on C350. C351/450 must have version 2.5 firmware or higher to get the second side settings.
