Accordian paper is not stuck any of the 5 fingers in the fuser. Copy is single sided. Machine has 37,000 copy count. Will pull out the fuser. Can i swap fuser with the other unit or that will cause a error?

You can swap fusers NP. Does it jam from any paper source or only specific one?

jams from another paper tray too. will pull out fuser.

The fusing exit sensor actuator is broken off. If the other machine still has it intact, swapping the fuser should work good. Just for reference, it should look like in the second picture.

Fuser is missing the paper exit actuator. Looks like it snapped off.

you are ahead. making progress. swap fuser and it goes thru and gets stuck in the "sorter" right after the exit unit? new code is 3205. fuser has broken clips and paper in it. 20230417_135742_resized.jpg

got it working. silly me left the sorter unplugged at the prcb. one more question/issue. see attach dirty prints. one a copy and other a scan. where should i start looking?
