bizhub 958 print quality issue. Faint image. Low image density.

    Please refer the attached photos.

    Model: bizhub 958
    Counter: 97,000 only.
Drum Unit & Developing Unit physically seems OK.
Transfer Belt is OK. Cleaned the IDC (Front) Sensor.
Earlier print was total blank. After manual Toner add in Service Mode the Print becomes darker, but not upto the mark.
    TCR is 7.14%
N.B: The problem occurred when the Toner exhausted

    Kindly suggest

Guess I'd start with a new dev unit if the image looks faint on the drum, too (du a full bleed test and interrupt the print to see how it looks).

Check the opening of the AIDC sensor window of the transfer belt, it is not working properly because the actuator (the white plastic part9 that has to open it rubs against the chassis. you have to install the modified one that comes with the BH950i or trim it a little.

          Genuine toner? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Your voltages are too high, you may have bad high voltage unit/1 (HV/1)
