I wanted to post the resolution that I found in troubleshooting my Konica Minolta Bizhub C3320i unit. When I initially got it, I had red and blue lines being printed, which almost looked like wide-ruled notebook paper from back in the day.
This turns out to be due to the timezone, date, and time not being set. I performed the following procedures to fix it:
-Tap the gear icon on the Home screen to go to the Utility Section
-Tap counter within the Utility section
-Tap 'Display Keyboard' in the top left
-Press STOP button, 0, 0, Stop, 0, 1 (The Stop being the red stop key, the 0's and 1's are the virtual keys) to open the Service menu
-Default service password is 9272927292729272 (9272 repeated 4 times in a row), then press END in the top right
-Press Stop, 1, 1, 4, 4, C and this will take you to the Date/Time Area.
-Simply choose your timezone, and then set the date/time accordingly, and Apply the settings.
Your red/blue lines should now be gone. Figured I'd just document this in case it helps anyone else.
