C454e light prints top half of paper

Hi all hope all is well.
Getting this light print top half of paper. Not aure if it's a drum issue but I've cleaned off the lens and still the same. Attaching a preview.

Stop posting this crappy images and do proper halftone images we told you maybe hundred times.

What do you mean by "cleaning the lens"?
A tree is known by its fruit, a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost, he who sows courtesy, reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love.
Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.

      Will forward those tomorrow.
However the only one that was off was the cyan and it looked like the developer in the unit was running low.

And I meant using rhe wand to clean the lasers.

The cyan developer has dumped. Very common. You either need to add aftermarket developer to the unit or buy a genuine new dev unit which is very expensive.

Many times it dumps developer because of over life drums, transfer belt. replace at least the cyan drum & developer.

I've seen worse samples (hello Tullio ). But yes, running discrete C/M/Y/K halftone pages from testmode make sense.
First of all I'd go for cleaning the laser and especially the polygon mirror edges (as already suggested).
I think the cyan dev is okay since the blue infinity logo looks fine on the sample.

I didn't look at samples after reading tbs post. Was just stating a fact about cyan developer loss being very common with the 4 series since the OP said cyan dev looked low.

Thanks I did bring in two drums replaced the Y. So when I get the C developer powder I'll try the cyan drum. All rhe developers are practically new as in replaced in last 6 months. Printer hasn't been used much more than as a black and white copier because took us forever to change out the yellow developer unit [March this year]
