[CQ] White stripe(s) in B&W after rehab

C554e (July 2015) was having screw unevenness/developer loss. As per the service document (Cyan & Magenta Dev loss.pdf), I took the main drive unit out and vacuumed out/blew out the ducts. I tried to blow out the loose developer/toner from the guts and reassembled everything. I installed all new genuine Konica-brand (as much as one can be sure about that) developer units, drums, and image transfer belt (and filters but, admittedly, not the roller). It all comes back up nicely... Except for a gap/white stripe in the black and white near the top of the Check Consumable Life printout (and user printouts) and two white streaks in the black in the Gradation Adjust printout. The white streak in the Check Consumables printout doesn't occur with 8.5x11 from Tray 1 seemingly because it's loaded short edge and the white stripe is not in the path (I've disabled tray 3 as a result).

We have a c454e where I just replaced the image transfer belt - the developer units and drums are older but working. In hopes of identifying a bad part, I swapped out the black drum, then black developing unit, then image transfer belt with those from the c454e with no change in output from any of those swaps.

I'm at a loss for what the cause might be/how to diagnose this/how to plot a course of action. Any thoughts/advice greatly appreciated!
