Any e-mail restrictions with an "old" BH-C-284e?

Having problems with one of my customers having a BH-C-360. Machine is suddenly not sending scans to e-mail anymore within an Apple network.

I'm planning to offer them a technically almost new BH-C-284e with only 40K on the clock (39K black and only 1K color).
Has this little older generation also any restrictions regarding scanning to e-mail addresses?

Shouldn't be a problem with the latest F/W installed.

            Thanks guys,

so for sure I will not run again in these kinds of scan>e-mail troubles with the BH-C-xx4e series when they have ....GDU-M1?

It's not because of fear for availability for parts or supplies or that the manufacturer declares the En-Of-Life for the dinosaurs, but I'm planning to exchange all our rentals of the old BH-C-xx0 series for the “newer” BH-C-xx4e machines.

This is mainly because of fear for these kinds of scanning troubles. Would ....GDU-M1 eventually also keep problems with Office 365 from my neck, or should I better start to look out for the BH-C-xx8 series?

With the M1 Firmware you will also have no issue with O365 or Google Mail 2Auth stuff. Well except the issue lays somewhere else
