    750i it reboots

hello everyone, I have this problem on the 750i, the machine restarts 6, 7 times a day, has anyone happened to it?

The machine is updated to the latest firmware version.

    thanks

if its rebooting because of an error it should show in the MML
    find code, check manual.
if no codes monitor wall outlet voltage. these newer models with 3.3v as a sensor reference instead of the old 5v if there is neutral to ground voltage it can confuse the hell out of the copier.
they are so much more sensitive to electrical fluctuation than previous series.
also unplug network for a bit see if it still random reboots.

    good luck.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

The voltage has already been verified, it is in the correct range, the machine has 250k, it does not show an error code

      thanks

Synthohol means the code that is logged in history. There must be something. Otherwise check the instantaneous power loss counter to see if it coincides with the reboots.
        Whatever

          Replace CPU board.

Check dipswitch 163 is set to hex 0. This turns off the auto reboot on error. If there is actually an error occurring the machine will hopefully not reboot and display the code.

The machine is updated to the latest firmware version.

I recently had a machine that would reboot randomly but when I brought it back to the shop to monitor, it seemed to only do it when it went into low power mode. I turned off wake by touching control panel and that seems to have solved it. I followed up with customer and it is working properly.

Worth a shot. If that doesn't work, I would definitely follow tsbservice's advice and replace CPU board.

The problem is in the CPU. I have already ordered one at km. I'm waiting for it to arrive to change. I am reporting thanks for your help
