Papercut stuck in KM trying to install printix

I am trying to install a new machine with printix, for some reason it refuses to install. Says papercut installed!?

I have formatted logical the drive reset the machine why is still papercut there!? Or is it a false positive? Will try physical format (last thing to try)

Error codes

Check the loadable drivers in the service mode.

Why? There is no card reader at the moment, and dose this not get removed once you run initialization?

afaik paprercut can only be removed with papercut.

Yes I am calling papercut tomorrow to get it removed, I guess papercut is not removed when running initialization and formatting harddrive!?

Your best bet would be to do initialization not format

We've had Papercut on C3850, 4050/4750, and a c454e. Had to format the hard drive on each.

Your best bet would be to do initialization not format

Its c458. Done both several times in different order. First try was initialization.

afaik paprercut can only be removed with papercut.

or use API Manager program to delete it

I have tried for some reason the program wont connect. I have vers 4.1

Open API Tool/Manager will remove it provided the tool is configured properly.

Otherwise set the device up on Papercut and remove it from there.

Finally was able to remove papercut used API manager had to disable openapi and ssl in order to get in but finmalt it worked papercut gone and printix installed

I have tried for some reason the program wont connect. I have vers 4.1

yeah last time i used it to remove marketplace screen saver (which it just reloads so was waste of time) was super janky and kept crashing.
