Is there a way to disable the error window, load paper on bypass tray and have it print directly?

you could try setting the tray to the same as the print job.
the error is because if missmatched settings for size or paper type.
this is a human error to be fixed with a human by a human.
the copier is doing its job. the human ia not.

normally when it goes to bypass tray its because it doesnt have the paper the driver wants. in my region its usally wanting letter paper when we dont use imperial sizes. if thats whats going on there is a setting to fix that
