    bizhubC3120i /ineo+ 3120i scanning

    Morning All. I was trying to set up the scan to a folder through the web browser on bizhubC3120i /ineo+ 3120i but there doesn't seem to be a scan to SMB option. Scan to email works fine but the folder setup option is missing. I can download the scanner driver but it's not how I would like to setup the scanning on this device. Is there an additional APP that I need to install or download?

      There should be a "Scan to PC option" ?

          Do you have a picture of the screen? It should be capable to scan to SMB.

              Got to the bottom of it. You need to download the Scan Fax Address Book Editor. Can't be done via the web browser unfortunately.

                  Did you solve the problem? We have same problem. We are looking for the Scan Fax Address Book Editor but I haven't found yet. It isn't in the KM Download Center neither on KNOVA.
