    AccurioPrint 2060L Single Color Problem

Hi, the problem color is Cyan, cannot reach desired max density (~1.4), current is 0.95-1.00. Changing Max Density Adjustment in Service menu does not seem to have any effect. All the useless adjustments in Process Fine Adjustments concerning the developer voltages do not have effect too. Developers, drums, coronas are changed. First transfer roller is changed, swapping first transfer voltages, write units, corona voltages (with Magenta color) do not swap the defect. Swapping developer units however (with Magenta), shows the defect is not within the developer unit - now printing Magenta outputs nice dense Cyan and the Magenta color (that is in place of the Cyan) is pale. So the next suspected component is the HV/1 board. So the question - how can I check the developer voltages, what to look for? I see they read DC voltage and AC voltage, so which one is it? Can I control them?

how are the transfer belt contacts? maybe the plastic housing is cracked and leaks voltage?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

They are OK visually, cleaned them with isopropyl, I will check for leakage to the ground.

Thats the gamma adjustment screen, noticed the Cyan voltage is lower than the others, how can I manipulate this?viber_image_2023-06-19_11-12-55-096.jpg

Could it be IDC sensor issue? I put a piece of clear self-adhesive vinyl in front of it and after the gamma adjustment the voltages are much higher, about 800-900 V, but all colors, including Cyan are in target densities. Is it safe to use the printer with that hack until a new sensor is available.
