bizhub c3350i CC180 error

We updated a c3350i firmware to the latest and now get a cc180 error, manual says to load "loadable device driver" as if there is an optional card scanner or something installed. No such device has ever been on this unit.

Any ideas?

Ok, for some reason the update turned on a device automatically. After getting into service mode you have to hit STOP 9 then turn the card off and it works fine after. Wow, how dumb is that? No mention of it on the tech site or even in knowledge base.
